• No Prior Account Termination: You confirm that you have not previously had a tala77 account terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms.

To access the gaming and financial features of the tala77 platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions govern the account registration process:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active tala77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You bear sole and complete responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tala77 account credentials, including your email address and password. The following obligations apply:

The following terms govern financial deposits made to your tala77 account:

• Currency: All transactions on the tala77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions. Deposits made via non-PHP instruments (such as USDT) will be converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.
• Accepted Methods: tala77 currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is available on the tala77 cashier page.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱200 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the cashier.
• Own Funds Only: You warrant that all funds deposited to your tala77 account are lawfully owned by you and are not proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering. tala77 is required under Philippine law to report suspicious transactions.

tala77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credit, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within the tala77 wallet. Bonus funds are consumed before real-money balance in most gaming scenarios unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for each bonus. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will expire without conversion to real-money balance.

The following general gaming rules apply to all games and betting products available on the tala77 platform:

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the tala77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

tala77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, whether material or minor.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable time following a formal request from tala77.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Use of the platform by a person under 21 years of age.

In cases of account closure that are not attributable to fraud or breach of Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-compliant bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to applicable wagering conditions being met.

You may close your tala77 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned via the verified withdrawal method.

tala77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and recognizes that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors. The following responsible gaming commitments and obligations apply:

Nothing in these Terms limits tala77's liability for death or personal injury caused by tala77's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

tala77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and tala77. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the tala77 Privacy Policy in its current form.

The tala77 Privacy Policy describes: the categories of personal data collected; the purposes for which data is processed; the conditions under which data may be shared with third parties; your rights as a data subject under applicable Philippine data protection legislation; and how to exercise those rights.

tala77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to amendments:

• Material amendments — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to all registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
• Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and changes required to comply with regulatory updates, may take effect immediately upon publication on the tala77 website.
